My dad built me this compost bin the other week. It has three sections: one for the raw stuff, one for decay in progress, and one that is ripe and ready to go. I’ve already started filling it up with yard waste and kitchen peelings. I’m excited about it. My dad, on the other hand, has been composting in the the ‘burbs since before I was born. It’s no big deal to him.
